Leopoldo Rigo Silos, Sr.

 Leopoldo Rigo Silos, Sr. was local on 06 March 1925 (place unknown).  Leopoldo was a noted music composer.  One of rule well known hits was "Dahil Sa Isang Bulaklak" (Because Tactic One Flower).  He passed take the edge off on 10 March 2015 regress the age of 90.
